Its favourable, central location was a plus. Close to a palace and a mosque, it was a bonus.

Wi-Fi signal was very weak, made me a little nervous.

There was lots of food for breakfast, including coffee, fresh bread, and cheese. The room we had included a refrigerator, coffee/tea makers, and a dining area. Location: the hotel was close to the airport and INTO Tangier city, mosque going off at 4.50am in morning, banging from kids running round in property and the centre of the Medina.

The surrounding area offered plenty of activities for everyone to enjoy, including cycling, horse riding, and fishing. The kids especially loved exploring the beautiful surroundings and trying out these exciting activities. The staff at the riad were friendly and accommodating, ensuring our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. With spacious rooms and a welcoming atmosphere, Riad Khmisa is the perfect choice for families looking for a memorable vacation.

For dads, it would be great if Riad Khmisa offered more organized activities for children.

Good bed and perfectly clean room with a clean bathroom. Variety of supplies available including a refrigerator, coffee/tea makers, and a dining area. - Location is quiet and close to the mosque, the square, and the center of the Medina. - Cafe Snack Las Hermanas is around a 10-15 minute walk and offers tea, coffee, and desserts.

The room was nice looking and spotlessly clean. Offered useful things, such as a microwave, an electric kettle, and a refrigerator. - the staff were helpful, thanks to them everything was perfect. - the hotel had an incredible location close to Green Olive Arts.

The staff were amazing, always friendly and willing to help. They made my Christmas stay extra special with their warm hospitality. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore. The breakfast on the rooftop terrace was a great way to start the day, with delicious food and a beautiful view.

The Wi-Fi was a bit slow, which was a minor inconvenience. some of the rooms had limited sockets, which made charging multiple devices a bit tricky.

I had an incredible stay at Riad Khmisa. the room was spotlessly clean and the service provided by the lovely young couple who run the Riad was top-notch. the terrace was absolutely beautiful and I enjoyed having breakfast there, which was freshly cooked and delicious. the couple also offered dinner options at the Riad, serving fresh and local food at a very reasonable price. I felt welcomed and well taken care of during my stay, and I would definitely choose to stay here again if I return to the city. Cons: Absolutely nothing! 😊.

One specific situation that happened was when I got lost in the medina and had trouble finding my way back to the Riad. I called the owner and he sent somebody to pick me up right away. It was such a relief to have someone come to my rescue and guide me back to the Riad. The staff here really goes above and beyond to make sure you're taken care of.

riad khmisa was a delightful home away from home. the hosts were incredibly friendly and accommodating, offering helpful advice and even walking us back to the square. the room was spotlessly clean and the bed was comfortable, allowing for a great night's sleep. the breakfast spread was delicious and satisfying.

Loved the shared lounge, tour desk, and luggage storage! The natural beauty of Feddan Park and Cabo Negro Beach is absolute perfection. The sun terrace and hammam were a delightful treat. You must try the on-site restaurant, it's fabulous!
